EffectiveUI and FedEx Present Guest Executive Forum at Forrester’s CX West
“Our app is done!” Famous last words and possibly a sign of a bad user experience. It’s natural to want to proclaim the end of a project, but the nature of application design — especially web app design — means that an app is never really done. Even the most robust and well-planned app should be evolved to meet the changing needs of its users, and to take advantage of advances in technology when those advances benefit the goals of the app and its users.
FedEx Office is one organization that takes exactly this approach. Its web-to-print solution, Print Online, constantly evolves based on close attention to customer feedback and ongoing iteration. Using this “outside-in approach” — putting customers at the center of their business — has enabled FedEx to build the industry’s most intuitive web-to-print solution.
To learn more, join EffectiveUI’s CEO, Rebecca Flavin, and FedEx’s Managing Director of IT, Sven Folleras, for a Guest Executive Forum during Forrester’s Customer Experience Forum West. Forrester’s Forum takes place November 14-15 in Los Angeles. The EffectiveUI/FedEx session (“Your App Should Never Be Done”) is Thursday, November 15 at 11:45 a.m.
During this session, participants will learn:
– How to incorporate customer feedback to also meet business goals
– What kind of commitment is required to conduct ongoing usability testing
– How you can identify new products by listening to customer feedback
