Prior to joining EffectiveUI in 2006, she held several key management roles with well-known agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, ReturnPath, Merkle and Message Media/DoubleClick.
He consistently asks, “What’s next?” and works collaboratively across departments and offices to ensure that EffectiveUI is meeting the needs of an ever-changing market. During his career, Peyton has built and led several high-growth design teams which have produced award-winning work for Fortune 500 companies. Peyton earned his Master’s degree in digital media studies from the University of Denver in Colorado.
Prior to EffectiveUI, Michael founded a luxury vacation rental marketplace which luxuryrealestate.com acquired, as well as vacationhomesforcharity.org which raised over $500,000 for nonprofits. Michael holds an MBA from Oxford University. Earlier in his career he worked on new product innovation and brand strategy for clients such as Kraft, Diageo and SC Johnson.
He grew through the ranks of agency finance at Ogilvy, McCann, Momentum and TAXI before moving his family to Denver to join our team. And he holds an MBA in finance from Pace University.
She brings over 15 years of experience in workforce planning, leadership development, performance management, and employee relations to the EffectiveUI table. Having grown her career in the advertising and marketing space, Kellie is no stranger to the challenges a service-based organization faces. She excels at balancing the realities of running a profitable business with the unique needs of supporting a creative employee population.
Outside the office, Kellie is an avid yet mediocre cross-fitter, a fantasy football champion, a Denver Broncos season ticket holder, and an outdoor enthusiast until the temperature falls below 45 degrees.
He serves as the bridge between clients and EffectiveUI’s internal teams, mapping high-value business needs to actionable technology plans. He is known for being able to quickly establish an understanding of complex business ideas and offer strategic to-the-point recommendations. In his free time, Zach can be found restoring old cars, hiking, running, camping and experimenting with his 3-D printer.
Dan is known for his ability to present concepts and help individuals at all levels of organizations adopt a design mindset for their project. He has worked on projects for clients such as Aetna, TIAA-CREF, HBO, Wells Fargo and others. An active thought leader, Dan often speaks at industry conferences, is the co-author of CSS3 Solutions: Essential Techniques for CSS3 Developers and frequently contributes to our company blog.
