The best banking experiences we have created were born far upstream through our rigorous insight and strategy work. For example, in 2007 we helped a Fortune 25 envision banking in the year 2018. Working toward that vision, we facilitated strategy workshops with the bank’s senior teams and conducted organizational readiness sessions with hundreds of employees. We continue to conduct intensive UX research, design and development engagements across their digital portfolio.
