Brook Molla
Chief Software Architect
As EffectiveUI’s chief software architect, Brook Molla provides technical direction, support and guidance relating to all aspects of the company’s user experience-based software development and affiliated technologies. Additionally, he oversees the development teams in EffectiveUI’s Denver office, and ensures quality, efficiency and excellence at every level of project development.
Brook specializes in rich Internet application development, enterprise mobile software development, integration, systems architecture, team management, project ROI evaluation/risk management analysis and operational optimization.
Prior to joining EffectiveUI in 2006, Brook held senior-level software development positions for numerous high-level technology companies. Most recently, he worked for Countermind, LLC, where he was the company’s lead sales engineer, providing technical expertise in prototype development and deployment. Additionally, Brook served as a manager of software development for Merkle, where he guided and supported emerging developers in design, best practices and the integration of innovative technologies. He also was a Web technologies developer for SafeNet Consulting and a senior developer for Cambridge Technology Partners.
Brook earned both his Master’s degree in engineering and technology management and his Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and computer science from the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, Colorado.
